COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston Gear ACX4100-WD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Danfoss products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dezurik parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Computer-Products product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Danfoss such as the VLT6016GT4C20STR3DLF00A00C0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 941816R00144482 manufactured by Dezurik and we are pleased to be able to service most Dezurik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XL5036044604 by Manufacturer Computer-Products as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cincinnati Brand BDS420623412W32 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as 10242185 equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-Hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-Hammer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VFD110V43A2 made by Delta as well as the popular EGB24040D original spares produced by Contraves Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HVX050A14A1N1CA by Cutler-Hammer and 10242185 spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 321133506603 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Duratrue. |
